Pretty At The Tandoor -II

Location: Village of Bari Imam, Islamabad, Pakistan

A Tandoor is the term given to an oven and also to the shop that makes Roti and Nan (Our local variety of flat bread). The aroma is absolutely delicious and so is freshly baked flatbread.  I was walking past the Tandoor, I wanted to try and capture the dark smokey atmosphere of it along with the baker.  However out of nowhere I was distracted by this delightful little girl ... that would appear before my camera for a moment and then run off and hide somewhere ... I managed to capture some of the antics of her and her brother who had come to the tandoor to buy Roti.  I had a few seconds to catch them going past the tandoor and a few seconds on my way back.

Life in the village is not easy amidst the close cramped broken down brick dwellings and narrow streets .. but I am never ceased to be amazed at the vivaciousness and  high spirits of the villagers.
